Job Responsibilities:

- Participate in engaging leisure and social activities designed to promote residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain open and effective communication with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and address residents' needs, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing resident needs and circumstances.
Compensation and Benefits:
