About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating site engineering activities, ensuring a safe working environment, and providing technical guidance to operatives and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site engineering activities, including setting out techniques and equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by participating in risk assessments and implementing safety protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance to operatives and subcontractors, including interpreting data and drawings.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including site sketches and material reconciliations.
  • Undertake as-built surveys and ensure surveying equipment calibration.
  • Assist in maintaining quality records and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Control waste on site and introduce new techniques to improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including setting out techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role.
