Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and health and safety.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef on their days off and annual leave.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of menus, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
