We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Chef to join our team at The Eliot Hotel in Newquay. As a Second Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and health and safety.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef on their days off and annual leave.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of menus, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a consistent standard of food, adhering to our high standards of food safety and health and safety.
