* Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food costing, hygiene, and menu development

* Provide guidance and training to junior team members
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Level 2 in Health and Hygiene
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
