We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu concepts that meet the high standards of our clients and customers.
- Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to ensure that our kitchens are well-stocked and that we minimize food waste.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that our kitchens maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to continuously improve our food services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Requirements:
- Culinary Qualifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Leadership Experience: Have experience supervising a team and leading culinary operations.
- Culinary Expertise: Have experience in a similar Executive Chef role and hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
- Flexibility: Be able to work a variable schedule and be flexible to meet the needs of our clients and customers.
