Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu concepts that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our clients and customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our culinary needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
- Culinary Qualifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in culinary arts.
- Leadership Experience: Have experience in a senior culinary role, supervising a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Food Safety Certification: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and be familiar with all relevant food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our clients and customers.
