Job Summary:

McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Foodservice Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our condiment brands in the foodservice sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand plans to drive profitable growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and activate marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Represent McCormick brands in customer meetings and present category and consumer insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead innovation sessions with customers and develop new product concepts.
  • Oversee digital communication platforms and create content for social media and e-commerce channels.
  • Plan and organize brand presence at trade shows and customer events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of syndicated data resources and creative tools.
