About the Role
We are recruiting a Waking Night Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Avalon Court. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with learning and physical disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services, including personal care and medication management. You will also promote social interaction and reduce isolation among our customers, while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in care and support roles is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a kind and caring approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs
  • NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards, is highly valued
