Learning Facilitator Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students' learning and development, working closely with experienced teachers and mentors to ensure that every student reaches their full potential.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment, where diversity and equality are valued. Our school is committed to providing a high-quality education to all students, and we are seeking someone who shares this commitment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting students in various learning situations, prioritizing their safety and access to learning.
- Developing resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies, working closely with the teacher to ensure provision supports learning needs.
- Evaluating students' progress and providing feedback on their achievements.
Key Details
- Salary: £110 per day (term-time only)
- Location: London Borough of Merton
- ASAP start once safeguarding checks are completed
