About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hightown Housing Association in St Albans. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing housing-related support to vulnerable individuals, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide housing-related support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, budgeting, and accessing community resources.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and person-centered approach to support.
  • Support residents with substance/alcohol misuse and recovery, and connect them with relevant services and resources.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
