About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with spinal cord injuries, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Support clients with social activities, including driving and transportation
  • Work alongside other carers to provide 24/7 support and care

Requirements

  • Previous care experience, preferably in a complex care setting
  • Full clean UK driver's license
  • Kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a commitment to providing continuity of care
