About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload and conduct social care assessments
  • Facilitate group activities and contribute to ICR meetings
  • Support service users to make viable plans for their future
  • Liaise with home authorities and manage internal investigations
  • Participate in 1:1 supervision and complete annual social care reassessments
Requirements
  • HCP registration
  • Social Work England registration
  • Social Work degree
  • Experience within a similar environment
