Job Description

Community Liaison Coordinator

Location: Based across Stirling and Forth Valley.

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us in ensuring the well-being of people with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of social care principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and community groups.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of support plans that promote independence and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
