Senior Residential Childcare Professional

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Carer to join our team in Bridgewater. As a Lead Carer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs in a 2-bed children's home.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who can work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support to residents. The role requires a Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification or equivalent and proven experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.
The Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to residents, including personal care, education, and leisure activities
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Contribute to the management of the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements
