Residential Childcare Team Member

As a member of our residential childcare team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for those in our care. This full-time position involves working a shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off (48-hour shifts).

Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people in our care, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest standard of care and support.
Requirements- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Residential Childcare qualification
- Full UK driving license required
