About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a therapeutic residential team, providing guidance and support to staff to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. You will work closely with the home manager to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the best interests of the young people are always promoted.
As a Therapeutic Residential Lead, you will be expected to:
- Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of our residents is always paramount.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the residential team, promoting a culture of excellence in practice.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the home manager and other professionals.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in Residential Childcare (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Experience of working in a children's residential setting, ideally as a senior post holder.
- A full driving license.
