**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates.

As a Therapeutic Residential Childcare Specialist, you will be working with vulnerable young people in a therapeutic setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and care to these children, helping them manage their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.

This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with the children, building strong relationships and encouraging positive life experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting, preferably in SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, or children's social care. However, full training will be provided if needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, paid DBS, industry-leading training and management development programs, on-going progression opportunities, and a range of benefits including pension, maternity, and paternity pay.
