The Role:
We're seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Worker to join our team at Quantum Care. As a Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing care services to our residents, supporting them to maintain their dignity and independence. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, while developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive and rewarding environment.
What You'll Do:
As a Care Worker, you'll be responsible for undertaking all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping our residents to maintain their physical and mental well-being. You'll also be required to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £18,000- £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for an empathetic individual with good communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional care services. It's not necessary to have previous experience working in a similar care environment, as our first-class training will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. You must also be aged 18 years or over to apply.
