Job Overview: We are recruiting for a Childrens Care & Support Worker to join our team at a residential home in Cambridgeshire.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £20 per hour, with a pay rate of £25 per night shift worked. You will also receive a £1500 Welcome Bonus on completion of your probationary period.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with severe learning disabilities.
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the care team to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • To assist with personal care needs, including washing and getting ready for bed.
  • To conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure the health and well-being of the children in our care.
  • To assist with light housekeeping duties during your night shift.

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary, as full training & qualifications provided.
  • Full-Time or Flexible Part Time shifts/hours available including Weekend Only Hours.
  • Average 40hrs per week.
  • Full Training Provided.
  • Paid DBS Check.
  • Funding to complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • 30 Days Holiday including bank holidays.
