The Job:

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Quantum Care. As a Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing care services to our residents, supporting them to maintain their dignity and independence. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and rewarding environment, while making a real difference in the lives of others.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Care Worker, you'll be responsible for undertaking all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping our residents to maintain their physical and mental well-being. You'll also be required to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £18,000- £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
