Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of care by supporting residents with daily living tasks.
  • Support training and supervision of junior staff members.
  • Respond to the Nurse Call system and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Report on resident well-being and collaborate with GPs and Support Managers.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents and deliver personalized care.
  • Maintain accurate records to a satisfactory standard.
