Executive Assistant to Director of AWS Benelux/Nordics

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Europe North (Benelux/Nordics) is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of AWS Benelux/Nordics. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously on multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
As a key member of the team, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and expense recording. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on small to mid-scale events for their teams.
We are looking for a bright and motivated individual with experience in supporting multiple executives and who can demonstrate expertise in administrative tasks. Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines is critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders
- Manage complex diaries and schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense recording
- Assist with small to mid-scale events
Requirements:
- Experience assisting at the executive level
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
