UK & Nordics Commercial Director - Lead Generation Agency

Our client, a renowned global lead generation agency with offices in 9 countries, is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to oversee and drive commercial success for their UK & Nordics region.
The company specializes in creating strategic marketing campaigns, buying media, and converting web visitors into customers. With expertise in social media advertising, native, display, and SEO, they offer comprehensive lead generation services to clients worldwide.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annumJob DescriptionThis senior leadership role involves overseeing business development, paid marketing, operations, account success, and customer service teams in the UK & Nordics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the business achieves its profit and growth targets through the development and execution of commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, leadership, and performance marketing within a digital lead generation agency, marketplace, or platform. They should possess excellent team management skills, managing at least 5+ senior direct reports, and experience selling a digital marketplace solution to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.

- Proven success managing sales teams in a digital / performance environment
