**Job Title:** Family Integrated Care Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Family Integrated Care Specialist. This exciting opportunity exists to ensure strong communication and partnership development across our neonatal services, putting the voice of families at the heart of what we do.

This role will help amplify the parent and family voice, developing and enhancing Family Integrated Care initiatives in all units across the region. A key focus is to work across the region, effecting change to provide more effective neonatal services for diverse communities, while championing consistency.

The post holder will forge key relationships with network Care Coordinators, the Parent Advisory Group, and local MNVPs to seek out and listen to the voices of parents and families who have had a neonatal experience. This is a fixed-term contract of 18 months, with regular evaluations throughout.

What We Offer:
