System Integration Specialist

Hays Technology is currently recruiting a skilled System Integration Specialist to join our team in Sunderland. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee the integration of new systems and applications into our existing IT infrastructure.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement integrated systems and applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance system capability, scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Work closely with vendors to integrate their systems into our existing infrastructure.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in system integration, preferably in a shared service centre environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
