About the Role

We are looking for a Facilities Support Specialist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Facilities Services Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

The successful candidate will work as part of a wider team, providing an integrated and flexible service, and may sometimes be required to undertake duties within other areas of the Hotel Services Department.

This is a bank position working for the housekeeping department in Stafford, St Georges. ST16 2SR.

The estimated salary for this role is around £20,000 - £23,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Duties:
  1. Maintain the required standard of cleaning services following correct procedures and frequencies.
  2. Assist with induction and training of new starters, apprentices, trainees, work colleagues, managers, contractors, and provide general non-clinical advice and guidance.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, or carers, and work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
