Estates and Facilities Coordinator

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is committed to providing high-quality care and services to our patients. As a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitals and grounds.
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
About the Role:
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the Estates and Facilities team, including staff supervision and development.
- You will also develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Requirements:
- You will have a strong background in facilities management and operations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as facilities management or business administration would be advantageous.
