At 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Repairable Coordinator to join our team in Welshpool, Perth WA. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the effective and efficient operations of the Repairable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide R&R Technical Coordinator on priorities to meet Customer expectations.
  • Set priorities according to DIFOT and individual Customer requirements.
  • Engage internal stakeholders, and remove barriers to satisfy customer experience.
  • Customer-facing and WIP report functionality including Customer one-on-one bi-weekly meetings.
  • Develop WIP reports with the view of weekly circulation providing updates on the status of each job.
  • Develop Workshop capability, service & tools in conjunction with Workshop Managers and RPLMs.
  • Seek to develop fixed pricing for strips and refurbs.
  • Ensure that production orders are scheduled while optimizing manufacturing efficiencies using agreed planning methodologies and tools.
  • Create a high level of team spirit and engagement by creating an open and trusting environment where teamwork and cooperation is valued and encouraged.
  • Coaching and feedback
  • Manage all Client Relationship issues that arise
  • Manage escalation of breakdowns, installations, and scheduled services with external stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or Trade qualification preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems in a production planning environment
  • A good understanding of basic project management methodologies
  • Good relationship skills in a business environment
  • Ability to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior responsibility for the profitability of a business center.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Team player, able to interface positively with all team members.
  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with customers, sub-contractors, and other personnel daily.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good organization, multitasking, and time management skills that deliver effective planning and housekeeping standards.
  • Ability to plan work effectively and efficiently with a minimum of supervision and set priorities for own personal goals.
