Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at the Huws Gray Group in Welshpool. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
As a Project Coordinator, you can expect to:
- Coordinate and schedule project activities, including site visits and meetings;
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including project timelines and budgets;
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and colleagues;
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop solutions to address them;
- Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
