About the Role

  • Effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring timely and personalized attention to each family.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate safeguarding risks to children, prioritizing their well-being and safety.
  • Lead in a specific area of professional practice within the team, mentoring colleagues and collaborating with external professionals.

About You

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • Substantial hands-on experience working with children and families facing complex issues.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with diverse individuals, including children, families, and professionals.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records using our computer-based system, completing assessments, and preparing essential documents.
