As a Support Care Specialist, you will have the chance to significantly impact the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will range from assisting with everyday tasks to providing emotional support, making you an essential part of their journey.
Our service encompasses a blend of individual flats, shared accommodations, and bungalows, supporting approximately 24 individuals with diverse levels of learning and physical disabilities.
Key Requirements:
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and compassionate approach towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract Options:
- Full-time: 37 hours per week.
- Part-time: 22 hours per week.
- Relief: A zero-hour contract allowing you to work flexibly around your other commitments.
Shift Patterns:
All our services operate 24/7. We prepare rotas at least four weeks in advance, enabling you to manage your personal and social commitments effectively.
