  • Cloud Services Understanding: Familiarity with services such as Office 365, Google Suite, and Azure, as well as VoIP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct both remote and onsite troubleshooting activities.
  • Policy Updates: Regularly update IT policies and procedures.
