We're seeking a qualified School Nurse to join our 0-19 team in Bracknell Forest and contribute to our 'Outstanding' CQC rated Trust.
As part of our cohesive and integrated 0-19 service, you'll work closely with our Health Visiting colleagues and establish strong relationships with local schools.
The successful candidate will have experience as a registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) in School Nursing, with a high standard of clinical work and ability to develop trusting relationships with children/young people. A car driver with the ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites is also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £39,205 to £47,084 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications.
