About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at HealthHero. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week, with a shift pattern of Tuesday to Saturday, 14:00 - 22:00.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone. They should be able to show sensitivity and understanding when dealing with patients and healthcare professionals, and possess a good level of emotional intelligence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely support to patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals across the UK & Ireland.
  • Ensure all information is accurately recorded and stored in line with company policies.
