About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Addleshaw Goddard's International Business Development team as a Business Development Coordinator - International Markets. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development across our international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a systematic approach for capturing and tracking referrals and engagement activities with our preferred firms.
  • Analyse referral data, including financials, to identify themes and opportunities, and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the management of our global firm network, including infrastructure, tools, and resources.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Support the production of new financial reporting and business analysis for international business groups and related preferred firms.
  • Track budget spend across Global Connect and International Business Groups.
  • Ensure international deal experience is collated and easily accessible, and support the Bids Team and BD Team with completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire type responses or population of other standard content for bids.
  • Work with the Internal Communications Team to develop and deliver effective internal and external comms plans around our international work.
  • Own the global intranet pages and keep all resources up to date and responsive to the needs of our clients and partners.
  • Use CRM system, Interaction, to assist with enquiries and support engagement activities, and use Vuture to provide e-marketing support for events and publications.
