At The Engineer, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead growth initiatives within the London region. This exciting role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through client meetings, presentations, networking events, and strategic partnerships.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for engaging with clients to position our innovative architectural solutions as integral components in leading construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish a steady pipeline.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the Architectural Roof, Façade, and Envelope sectors.
  • Market Penetration Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team to refine communication strategies and develop an annual market penetration plan.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, technical knowledge, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience) and 25 days annual leave make this an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
