Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing PropTech business, focusing on converting inbound leads into sales. With a strong track record in sales and business development, you will be able to leverage your knowledge of the UK estate agency market to drive growth.

Salary

The salary for this role is £38k-£40k basic, with an OTE of up to £75k uncapped, plus benefits.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with decision makers in the UK estate agency market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert inbound leads into sales
  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers in the UK estate agency market
  • Leverage your knowledge of SaaS sales and PropTech solutions to drive growth
  • Manage sales activity using a CRM
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience working in the property sector selling into estate agents
  • Ideal experience of SaaS sales and selling PropTech solutions
  • High energy, enthusiastic and passionate about selling
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • An awareness of various PropTech products in the market
  • Extensive knowledge of the UK estate agency market with a black book of contacts
