About the Role:
The Business Development Director will play a critical role in driving our continued success. As a key member of our Emerging Talent team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery team and other divisions to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to conduct consultative sales, uncover client needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Relationships: Experience in building and nurturing strategic client relationships.
  • Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to win deals.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
