About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at FiscalNote. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving commercial goals through the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing commercial goals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve their objectives. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to align strategies and maximize sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the hiring, training, and management of a team to deliver on monthly and quarterly pipeline growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners to achieve company targets.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize results.

Requirements

  • Top-of-funnel sales development experience within the SaaS/Technology/Intelligence environment.
  • SaaS is desirable for this position.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and empower team members to achieve objectives.
  • Strategic mindset in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Analytical approach to utilize data and metrics for performance enhancement and identifying areas for growth.
