About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi Service Assistant to join our team at Williams Lea. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional electronic and hard copy file management services
  • Process and return documents to client files
  • Work with our practice management system to log and record documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Process principle documents and maintain equipment to a good working order
  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail to the centralised filing area
  • Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing services as required
  • Collect and complete information for billing and client charge back data
  • Ensure job requests are tracked on the system properly
  • Understand and comply with corporate standards and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and document production
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
