Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Registered Nurses: Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
  • Report Concerns: Identify and report any concerns or hazards to registered nurses, promoting a safe and clean clinical environment.
  • Update Registered Nurses: Regularly update registered nurses on patient conditions and progress, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order, promoting a safe and efficient clinical environment.
  • Environmental Standards: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to NHS standards and promoting a positive patient experience.
