About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NHS Professionals Limited as a Care Support Worker - Mental Health. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Ensure that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
- Assist patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.
- The role will involve, but not be limited to, performing the above.

Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
