Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Veolia Operations Team Member to join our team in Sutton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning public areas, including streets, channels, footpaths, alleys, subways, and under and around street furniture using equipment supplied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean public areas, including streets, channels, footpaths, alleys, subways, and under and around street furniture using equipment supplied.
  • Perform duties in an efficient and effective manner to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Accurately complete appropriate forms or paperwork allocated to you.
  • Comply with any site conditions, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed and Veolia PPE is worn at all times.
  • Work as part of a team or individually, reporting any issues or concerns to your manager.
  • Report locations of fly tipping, graffiti, fly posting, and damaged or missing litter bins.
  • Ensure the vehicle cab is left clear of all litter, uniform, and personal effects at the end of each shift.
  • Report any accidents that occur during your shift to your manager and complete accident reports before leaving work.

Requirements:

  • C1 7.5T licence is desirable but not essential.
  • An up-to-date CPC/DIGI card.
  • A can-do attitude and good time-management skills.
  • Excellent team player with a strong work ethic.
