About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the waste management industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform strategy and optimize performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on B2B sales and account management
- Deep knowledge of the waste management industry and its trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
What We Offer:
