Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Principal Corporation Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling visual assets, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia content, to engage our target audience and enhance our brand identity.
  • Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for website content, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms to drive conversions and build brand awareness.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure our websites are optimized for performance and search engine rankings, improving user experience and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Streamline and enhance social media management, including scheduling, monitoring, and engagement, to build brand loyalty and drive website traffic.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and improve business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to assist with their communication and marketing requirements, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Requirements

  • Strong Creative Skills: Possess a strong foundation in traditional creative skills, combined with a keen interest in leveraging data and innovative solutions to enhance commercial outcomes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrate a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to drive effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a team player attitude with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Possess some graphic design and video editing experience, with ideally some knowledge of WordPress and basic AI tool experience or interest.
