Are you an experienced International Sales Manager looking for a challenging opportunity to drive sales of advanced electronics products across Europe?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an International Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence in European markets.

This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners across Europe, as well as identifying new business opportunities and generating leads to drive growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 + car allowance + commission scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence in European markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners across Europe.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Negotiate and close deals with both existing and new customers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
