European Sales Manager

We are seeking a talented European Sales Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of advanced electronics products across Europe, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence in European markets.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the electronics manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success in international sales, particularly within Europe.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence in European markets.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management within the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong track record of success in international sales, particularly within Europe.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large-scale accounts.
- Familiarity with the security electronics industry, products, and market trends.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
