Director of European Market Development

Beauty Works is seeking a talented Director of European Market Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture growth across European markets.
- You will lead and manage sales teams to achieve revenue growth targets and profitability, working closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for all brands across the European market, building relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth.
We require a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in sales and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the European market and be able to think strategically to drive business growth.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and possessing strong leadership and people management skills.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of €130,000 per annum.
