Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Major Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales efforts
- Design, maintain, and manage company websites, marketing literature, e-brochures, and social media channels
- Manage content across social media streams, including LinkedIn
- Manage email marketing, including content, recording responses, and e-marketing tools
- Refresh touchpoint content to maximize exposure and engagement
- Identify sales trends and produce content and ideas for marketing purposes
- Collaborate with 3rd party providers as needed to produce content
Requirements:
- A background in Marketing is essential
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) preferred
- Proficient in software for web design, graphic design, and MS Office, especially Excel
